Elizabeth trained in traditional royal icing and sugar and marzipan modelling and holds professional qualifications in bakery and confectionery.

On completion of her training Elizabeth gained further experience as a specialist confectioner working at a number of Surrey's more exclusive bakery and confectionery outlets.

Elizabeth then chose to turn independent where upon being freed of the commercial pressures has been able to provide a level of personal service second to none where every cake is as special to her as it is to you.
